Towanna is a deeply experienced C-Suite executive with over 20 years of expertise in human resources, labor relations, talent management, and leadership development, honed at global blue-chip companies like General Motors and Boeing. Most recently, she served as the CHRO of Trulite Glass & Aluminum, a private equity firm backed by Sun Capital Partners.

A strategic and agile change leader, Towanna excels at maximizing organizations’ investment in human capital. Her charismatic personality and extensive experience enable her to forge genuine connections at every organizational level. Having lived and worked in both the US and Europe, she brings a global perspective to her roles, including her pivotal position as the HR Site Leader for Boeing’s massive 787 project in South Carolina and as the Senior Director of Leadership Development, where she led the curriculum design and delivery at Boeing’s state-of-the-art Leadership Center in St. Louis, MO.
